Yeni modelde \u00f6n koltuklar\u0131n s\u0131rt aksamlar\u0131, karbon fiber g\u00f6vdedeki \u00f6nemli destek par\u00e7alar\u0131 ve arka koltuk aksamlar\u0131nda firman\u0131n imzas\u0131 bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poliamid koltuk s\u0131rt aksamlar\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\nPolliamid malzeme kullan\u0131larak plastik enjeksiyon prosesi ile \u00fcretilen ve sa\u011flamakta oldu\u011fu y\u00fczey kalitesi ile boyama gerektirmeyen s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc ve yolcu koltuklar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131rt aksamlar\u0131 , sadece 2 kilo a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda. Bu malzeme BMW Grubu\u2019nun mekanik gereksinimlerini kar\u015f\u0131lamak \u00fczere -30 C ve + 80 C s\u0131cakl\u0131k de\u011ferleri aras\u0131nda yeterli dayan\u0131ma sahip bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PBT\u2019den \u00fcretilen \u00e7ok i\u015flevli yap\u0131sal g\u00f6vde par\u00e7alar\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\nBMW i3\u2019nin karbon g\u00f6vdesi, i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f kaideler aras\u0131nda PBT (polib\u00fctilen tereftalat) yap\u0131sal par\u00e7alar\u0131 i\u00e7eriyor. Bu t\u00fcmleyici par\u00e7a, karbon fiber g\u00f6vde kaidelerinin aras\u0131nda arka tarafta bulunuyor. Yan cama ait kelebek cam\u0131n\u0131 da olu\u015fturan bu par\u00e7a, bir \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fma an\u0131nda y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131ma \u00f6zelli\u011finin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ayn\u0131 zamanda iki g\u00f6vde kaidesini birbirinden ayr\u0131 tutuyor. Plastik enjeksiyon prosesi ile \u00fcretilen par\u00e7a , karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve maliyetleri azaltmak ad\u0131na ge\u00e7mi\u015fte birden fazla k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck par\u00e7an\u0131n yerini al\u0131yor.
