Ara\u00e7lar bu y\u0131l da en \u00e7ok fren sistemleri nedeniyle muayeneden kald\u0131.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalcarmagazine.com.tr\/Web\/wp-content\/uploads\/TUVTURK-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-5550\" title=\"TUVTURK (1)\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digitalcarmagazine.com.tr\/Web\/wp-content\/uploads\/TUVTURK-1-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.digitalcarmagazine.com.tr\/Web\/wp-content\/uploads\/TUVTURK-1-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.digitalcarmagazine.com.tr\/Web\/wp-content\/uploads\/TUVTURK-1-1024x682.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>T.C Ula\u015ft\u0131rma, Denizcilik ve Haberle\u015fme Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n denetiminde \u00fclkemizde trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6neme sahip ara\u00e7 muayene hizmetini vermekle yetkili tek kurum olan T\u00dcVTURK, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131na ait ara\u00e7 muayene istatistiklerini kamuoyuyla payla\u015ft\u0131. T\u00dcVTURK\u2019\u00fcn say\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda 6 milyon 281 bini periyodik ara\u00e7 muayenesi, 32.668\u2019i de yola elveri\u015flilik muayenesi olmak \u00fczere toplam 6 milyon 313 bin 862 muayene hizmeti verildi.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">2 milyon ara\u00e7 kusurlar\u0131n\u0131 giderdi<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">T\u00dcVTURK rakamlar\u0131na g\u00f6re, ara\u00e7lar\u0131n<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">,<\/span> y\u00fczde 34.8\u2019i ilk muayenelerinde, \u201cemniyetsiz\u201d ve \u201ca\u011f\u0131r kusurlu\u201d olmalar\u0131 nedeniyle muayeneden ge\u00e7emedi. Ara\u00e7lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 62.7\u2019si \u201chafif kusurlu\u201d, y\u00fczde 2.5\u2019i ise \u201ckusursuz\u201d olarak muayeneden ge\u00e7ebildi. \u0130statistiklere g\u00f6re, ara\u00e7lar en fazla fren sistemine ba\u011fl\u0131 kusurlar\u0131 nedeniyle muayeneden kald\u0131. Di\u011fer kalma nedenleri, s\u0131ras\u0131yla ayd\u0131nlatma ve hareketli aksamlardaki sorunlar olarak belirlendi. \u0130lk muayeneden kalan ara\u00e7lar\u0131n, y\u00fczde 98\u2019i, ikinci haklar\u0131nda kusurlar\u0131n\u0131 gidererek muayeneden ge\u00e7ebildi. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla trafikte a\u011f\u0131r kusurlar\u0131 nedeniyle tehlike yaratan, asl\u0131nda trafikte olmamas\u0131 gereken 2 milyon 100 bin civar\u0131nda arac\u0131n muayene sonras\u0131nda durumlar\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirdikleri g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">En \u00e7ok motosikletler muayeneden ka\u00e7\u0131yor<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Bu olumlu istatisti\u011fe ra\u011fmen muayeneye gelmeme oranlar\u0131 hala \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek seyrediyor. Yasal olarak zorunlu olmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen, binek ara\u00e7lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 20\u2019ye varan oran\u0131n\u0131n, yani yakla\u015f\u0131k her 5 ara\u00e7tan 1\u2019inin muayene s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde ara\u00e7 muayenesine gelmedi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken, a\u011f\u0131r vas\u0131talarda ise bu oran y\u00fczde 34 olarak tespit edildi. Muayeneye gelme oranlar\u0131n\u0131n en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fu ara\u00e7 cinsleri, trakt\u00f6r ve motosikletler olarak hesapland\u0131. Buna g\u00f6re motosikletlerdeki muayene ka\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 82, trakt\u00f6rlerdeki muayene ka\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 oran\u0131 da y\u00fczde 78 oldu.\u00a0T\u00dcVTURK bu y\u0131l i\u00e7inde motosiklet muayenesi yapt\u0131racak m\u00fc\u015fterilerine kolayl\u0131k sa\u011flamak ad\u0131na \u0130stanbul\u2019da hem Anadolu hem de Avrupa yakas\u0131nda hizmet veren iki adet Motosiklet Muayene \u0130stasyonu a\u00e7t\u0131. Bu iki istasyonun \u00f6zellikle \u0130stanbul\u2019da motosiklet muayene oranlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckseltmesi bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalcarmagazine.com.tr\/Web\/wp-content\/uploads\/TUVTURK-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-5551\" title=\"TUVTURK (2)\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digitalcarmagazine.com.tr\/Web\/wp-content\/uploads\/TUVTURK-2-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.digitalcarmagazine.com.tr\/Web\/wp-content\/uploads\/TUVTURK-2-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.digitalcarmagazine.com.tr\/Web\/wp-content\/uploads\/TUVTURK-2-1024x682.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Ara\u00e7 kusuru kazalara neden olabiliyor<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Periyodik ara\u00e7 muayenesinin, bir \u00fclkedeki trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen T\u00dcVTURK Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Kemal \u00d6ren, \u201cEmniyet Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne g\u00f6re 2012\u2019de meydana gelen 110 bin \u00f6l\u00fcml\u00fc ve yaralanmal\u0131 kazan\u0131n y\u00fczde 88\u2019i s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc, y\u00fczde 10\u2019u da yaya hatas\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131. Geri kalanlar\u0131 ise ara\u00e7 ve yol ko\u015fullar\u0131 nedeniyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Ancak s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc hatas\u0131 olarak istatistiklere yans\u0131yan kazalar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekte ara\u00e7 kusurlar\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. \u00d6rne\u011fin h\u0131z limitlerini a\u015fmak s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc hatas\u0131; ama h\u0131zl\u0131 da olsa frenlerin ayars\u0131z olmas\u0131 nedeniyle arac\u0131n kontrolden \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 asl\u0131nda ara\u00e7 kusuru olmakla beraber bu kusur istatistiklere yans\u0131m\u0131yor.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u201cMuayene konusunda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k artt\u0131\u201d<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00d6ren, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6zellikle binek ve ticari ara\u00e7 s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerinde, ara\u00e7 muayenesi bilincinin ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015ftu\u011funu, Emniyet Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn de ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131yla zaman\u0131nda muayeneye gelen ve muayeneden ge\u00e7en ara\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n her y\u0131l artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Kemal \u00d6ren, \u201c2011\u2019de y\u00fczde 36.6 olan kalma oran\u0131n\u0131n 2012\u2019de de y\u00fczde 34.8\u2019e d\u00fc\u015fmesi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir istatistiktir. Bu oran 2010\u2019da ise y\u00fczde 41\u2019di. Ayr\u0131ca muayenesine zaman\u0131nda gelen ara\u00e7 oran\u0131 da 2011\u2019de y\u00fczde 40 iken, 2012\u2019de y\u00fczde 43\u2019e \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bu halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve kanun uygulay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ara\u00e7 g\u00fcvenli\u011fine verdi\u011fi \u00f6nemi g\u00f6stermektedir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Ara\u00e7 muayene periyotlar\u0131<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">T.C Ula\u015ft\u0131rma, Denizcilik ve Haberle\u015fme Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ilgili mevzuat ile belirledi\u011fi kurallara g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki her hususi veya resmi binek otomobilin, ilk 3 ya\u015f sonras\u0131nda 2 y\u0131lda bir, ticari ara\u00e7lar\u0131n ise ilk ya\u015f sonras\u0131 her y\u0131l periyodik ara\u00e7 muayenesine gelmesi gerekiyor.
