(Biz kay\u0131tta olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen fiiliyatta olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 varsayd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz 1.1 milyon arac\u0131 g\u00f6zard\u0131 ederek bu rakam\u0131 hesapl\u0131yoruz)\u00a0Daha \u00f6nce en az bir kere gelmi\u015f olmakla birlikte sonras\u0131nda muayene tarihini ge\u00e7iren ara\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131 ise 1.2 milyon\u2019dur.\u00a0Yani toplam 3.5 milyon ara\u00e7 \u015fu anda muayenesiz olarak trafiktedir. Net ara\u00e7 park\u0131na g\u00f6re oran\u0131 %23\u2019d\u00fcr. Yani yakla\u015f\u0131k her 4 ara\u00e7tan 1\u2019i muayenesizdir.\u00a0Muayene oranlar\u0131n\u0131n en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fu ara\u00e7 cinsleri trakt\u00f6r ve motosiklerdir.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Motosikletler i\u00e7in istasyonlar a\u00e7\u0131lacak!<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"color: #000000; font-weight: normal;\">\u00dclkemizde kanunlara g\u00f6re motosikletler ilk \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda ve sonras\u0131nda her iki y\u0131lda bir periyodik ara\u00e7 muayenesine gelmek zorunda. T\u00dcVTURK\u2019e g\u00f6re 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu 2.5 milyon motosikletin 1 milyonunun muayeneye gelmesi gerekirken, sadece 194 bin motosiklet muayeneye geldi. Bu say\u0131lara g\u00f6re muayene ka\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 81 olarak belirlendi.\u00a0Muayenesi yap\u0131lan motosikletlerin 44 bin, trakt\u00f6rlerin ise 33 bin adedinin a\u011f\u0131r kusurlu olarak tespit edildi.<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Trakt\u00f6rler<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda trafi\u011fe kay\u0131tl\u0131 1.4 milyon trakt\u00f6r\u00fcn 449 bininin muayene gelmesi gerekirken, sadece 115 bini geldi. Bu say\u0131lara g\u00f6re muayene ka\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 74 olarak hesapland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">2011 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki muayenelerin sonucu ise a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir:<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>\u0130lk muayenesi yap\u0131lan 6.126.912 adet ara\u00e7dan;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1.955.237 adeti (% 32) \u201cA\u011f\u0131r Kusurlu\u201d olarak muayeneden ge\u00e7ememi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 279.056 adeti (% 4,5) \u201cEmniyetsiz\u201d olarak muayeneden ge\u00e7ememi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 3.646.508 adeti (% 59,5) \u201cHafif Kusurlu\u201d olarak muayeneden ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0246.111 adeti (%4) \u201cKusursuz\u201d olarak muayeneden ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Emniyetsiz ve A\u011f\u0131r kusurlu ara\u00e7 toplamda\u00a0 2.234.293 adet ( % 36,5) olup ilk muayeneden kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 \u0130lk muayenelerinden kalan ara\u00e7lardan\u00a0 Muayene Tekrar\u0131 i\u00e7in gelen\u00a0 2.193.758\u00a0 adet arac\u0131n %97,5\u2019si kusurlar\u0131n\u0131 gidermi\u015f olduklar\u0131ndan muayeneden ge\u00e7mi\u015flerdir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla trafikte a\u011f\u0131r kusurlar\u0131 nedeniyle tehlike yaratan, asl\u0131nda trafikte olmamas\u0131 gereken yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 2 milyon 140 bin arac\u0131n muayene sonras\u0131nda durumlar\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmek zorunda kald\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">2012 ilk 5 ay\u0131ndaki veriler ise;<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>\u0130lk muayenesi yap\u0131lan 2.522.226 adet ara\u00e7tan;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0820.035 adeti (% 32,5) \u201cA\u011f\u0131r Kusurlu\u201d olarak muayeneden ge\u00e7ememi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a092.159 adeti (% 3,6) \u201cEmniyetsiz\u201d olarak muayeneden ge\u00e7ememi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a01.531.758 adeti (% 60.7) \u201cHafif Kusurlu\u201d olarak muayeneden ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a078.274 adeti (%3,1) \u201cKusursuz\u201d olarak muayeneden ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Emniyetsiz ve A\u011f\u0131r kusurlu ara\u00e7 toplamda\u00a0 913.194 adet ( % 36,1) olup ilk muayeneden kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 \u0130lk muayenelerinden kalan ara\u00e7lardan\u00a0 Muayene Tekrar\u0131 i\u00e7in gelen\u00a0 889.925\u00a0 adet arac\u0131n %97,7\u2019si kusurlar\u0131n\u0131 gidermi\u015f olduklar\u0131ndan muayeneden ge\u00e7mi\u015flerdir.
