Model, yaln\u0131zca Eisenach&#8217;taki \u00fcretim hatt\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kacak. Bu ama\u00e7la ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz birka\u00e7 ay i\u00e7inde fabrikay\u0131 ger\u00e7ek bir \u201celektrik santraline\u201d d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fck. Burada bir batarya at\u00f6lyesi ve en iyi SUV&#8217;umuzun ortak bir \u00fcretim hatt\u0131nda t\u00fcm motor \u00e7e\u015fitlerinde tamamen esnek oldu\u011fu bir \u00fcretim tesisi olu\u015fturduk. \u0130lk kez tamamen elektrikli olarak sunulacak olan yeni Grandland, elektrikli otomobil yelpazemizi daha da geni\u015fletecek. Yeni SUV, elektrikli modeller i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanan ve \u015fu anda Eisenach&#8217;ta kullan\u0131lmakta olan son teknoloji \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc STLA Medium platformu \u00fczerinde tasarlanan ilk Opel modeli olarak dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Yeni Grandland Elektrik, yeni mimarisi, 98 kWh\u2019lik kapasiteye sahip d\u00fcz batarya paketi, yeni nesil elektrikli motoru ve enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flayan di\u011fer \u00f6zellikleri sayesinde karbon emisyonu \u00fcretmeden yakla\u015f\u0131k 700 kilometreye varan menzil sunabiliyor (WLTP1\u2019ye g\u00f6re).<\/p>\n<p>Opel, 1992 y\u0131l\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lan ve her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn geli\u015fen Eisenach fabrikas\u0131n\u0131 gelecekteki elektrikli modellerin \u00fcretimine uygun hale getirmek i\u00e7in tesise 130 milyon Euro yat\u0131r\u0131m yapt\u0131. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131m \u00fcretimde \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler sa\u011flad\u0131. \u00d6rne\u011fin g\u00f6vde at\u00f6lyesinde ve son montajda hem \u00e7oklu enerji platformu hem de STLA Medium platformu \u00fczerinde tasarlanan otomobillerin \u00fcretilmesine olanak sa\u011flayan modifikasyonlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Ayr\u0131ca t\u00fcm tesisteki konvey\u00f6r sistemi uyumlu hale getirildi ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirildi. Bu g\u00f6rev i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek gerilim uzmanlar\u0131na \u00f6zel e\u011fitim verildi. Eisenach fabrikas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, R\u00fcsselsheim&#8217;daki meslekta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n deneyimlerinden yararlanmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131. Halihaz\u0131rda Opel&#8217;in genel merkezinde Opel Astra Elektrik ve Opel Astra Sports Tourer Elektrik modellerinin \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131lan b\u00f6yle bir batarya at\u00f6lyesi de mevcut.<\/p>\n<p>Bu batarya at\u00f6lyesi, elektrikli Opel Grandland\u2019e ve bataryas\u0131n\u0131n montaj\u0131na m\u00fckemmel \u015fekilde uyum sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca Eisenach fabrikas\u0131 da elektrik ihtiyac\u0131 i\u00e7in kendi g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi park\u0131n\u0131 in\u015fa etmeyi planl\u0131yor. Bu enerji park\u0131yla beraber tesis i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 14 hektarl\u0131k bir alanda fotovoltaik paneller kullan\u0131larak ye\u015fil elektrik \u00fcretilecek. 20 megavatl\u0131k fotovoltaik park\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, 1,5 megavatl\u0131k bir \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131 da gelecekte tesisin \u0131s\u0131 tedarikini destekleyecek. Yenilenebilir enerjilere kademeli olarak ge\u00e7i\u015f yap\u0131lmas\u0131, tesisin gelece\u011fe haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 bir konuma ula\u015fmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirketin her alanda karbon emisyonunu s\u00fcrekli ve tutarl\u0131 \u015fekilde azaltma stratejisine uygun olarak, T\u00fcringiya b\u00f6lgesindeki tedarik zinciri de yeniden d\u00fczenlenerek uyumlu hale getirildi. Gelecekte yeni Opel Grandland\u2019in Deutsche Bahn ile demir yolu ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fczerinden ta\u015f\u0131narak m\u00fc\u015fterilere ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.
