ODMD, otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc de de\u011ferlendirerek k\u0131sa, orta ve uzun vadeli beklentilerini de payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne dair on bir ayl\u0131k de\u011ferlendirmenin ve beklentilerin a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda ODMD Genel Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc Dr. Hayri Erce Ocak-Kas\u0131m d\u00f6nemi otomobil ve hafif ticari ara\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131na dair detayl\u0131 bir sunum ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirken, ODMD Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali Haydar Bozkurt konu\u015fmas\u0131nda sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn k\u0131sa, orta ve uzun vadeli beklentilerini payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>ODMD Genel Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc Dr. Hayri Erce, otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde Ocak-Kas\u0131m d\u00f6nemi sat\u0131\u015f adetlerini ve detayl\u0131 analizlerini kamuoyu ile payla\u015ft\u0131. Erce, y\u0131l\u0131n on bir ay\u0131na ili\u015fkin otomobil ve hafif ticari ara\u00e7 pazar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fi sunumunda \u2018\u2018T\u00fcrkiye otomobil ve hafif ticari ara\u00e7 toplam pazar\u0131, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 Ocak-Kas\u0131m d\u00f6neminde bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re %1,0 oran\u0131nda azalarak 668.063 adet olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Otomobil sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 Ocak-Kas\u0131m d\u00f6neminde ge\u00e7en y\u0131la g\u00f6re %2,4 oran\u0131nda azalarak 505.886 adet, hafif ticari ara\u00e7 pazar\u0131 %3,4 artarak 162.177 adet oldu. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda otomotiv toplam pazar\u0131 772 bin 722 adetle tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu verilere otomobil, hafif ticari ve a\u011f\u0131r ticari ara\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 dahildir. K\u00fcresel arenada rekabet \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc korumak ve daha da geli\u015ftirmek, yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n yeni teknolojilerle beraber \u00fclkemize gelmesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan i\u00e7 pazar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, ileriye d\u00f6n\u00fck sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 kararlar alabilmek i\u00e7in g\u00fcven ve istikrar ortam\u0131 \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Bu bak\u0131mdan yeni teknolojileri dikkate alarak, yak\u0131n gelece\u011fe gerek altyap\u0131 gerekse bir yandan mevzuat d\u00fczenlemeleri ile haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olmam\u0131z ve k\u00fcresel arenadaki rekabet\u00e7i g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc mutlaka korumam\u0131z gerekiyor.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin otomotiv \u00fcretim \u00fcss\u00fc olmas\u0131n\u0131n tam zaman\u0131!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2022 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki geli\u015fmeleri ve T\u00fcrkiye otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde k\u0131sa, orta ve uzun vadeli bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren ODMD Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali Haydar Bozkurt, \u201cK\u0131sa vadeli duruma bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, 24 Kas\u0131m tarihi itibariyle matrah tutarlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcncellenmesi ile ilgili olarak sekt\u00f6rde uzun zamand\u0131r dile getirdi\u011fimiz d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131ld\u0131. Ancak matrah tutarlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n etkisi s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 oldu.\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>ODMD olarak orta vadeli beklentilerini de a\u00e7\u0131klayan Bozkurt, \u015funlar\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi; \u201cD\u00fcnyada geli\u015fen teknolojiler ile beraber bizim \u015fu anda kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u20181.6 litre motor hacminin \u00fcst\u00fc l\u00fckst\u00fcr, alt\u0131 de\u011fildir\u2019 noktas\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Orta vade beklentimiz, bu konuda temiz bir sayfa a\u00e7\u0131p kriterlerin g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesini sa\u011flamak olacak. Geli\u015fen teknolojilere uygun ara\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00fclkemizde de kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz. T\u00fcketici yeni bir teknolojiye sahip arac\u0131 oldu\u011fu zaman daha \u00e7evreci \u00fcr\u00fcnler kullanm\u0131\u015f olacak. Hatta yak\u0131t t\u00fcketimi konusunda da daha verimli ara\u00e7lara kavu\u015fmu\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. Orta vade beklentimiz \u00f6ncelikle sistemin g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>ODMD Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali Haydar Bozkurt, dernek taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan T\u00fcrkiye Otomotiv Ekosistemi Geli\u015fim Senaryolar\u0131 ile \u00fclkemizin \u00fcretimde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 noktalar\u0131 tespit ettiklerini belirterek; \u201c2023-2034 aras\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n modellendi\u011fi senaryoda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de otomotiv ekosistemine uzun vadeli olarak bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, herkesin en ba\u015fta \u00d6TV\u2019nin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 talep etti\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Ancak bunun sadece bir g\u00fcnde yap\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 bir ger\u00e7ek. Ayn\u0131 zamanda mevcut ara\u00e7 envanterinin de\u011feri d\u00fc\u015fer ve ba\u015fta filo \u015firketleri gibi envanter y\u00f6neten \u015firketlerin y\u00f6netemeyece\u011fi durumlar ya\u015fan\u0131r. Bu noktada otomotiv ekosistemini g\u00f6zeten, sorumluluk sahibi bir yakla\u015f\u0131m g\u00f6stermeliyiz. Biz de ODMD olarak uzun vadede \u00d6TV konusunu nas\u0131l kald\u0131rabiliriz diye kapsaml\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Bu sayede \u00fclkemiz art\u0131k \u2018otomobil \u00fczerinden y\u00fcksek vergiler alan bir \u00fclke\u2019 \u015feklinde an\u0131lmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar, \u2018yeni teknolojiler i\u00e7in bir \u00fcretim \u00fcss\u00fc haline gelebilir\u2019. K\u0131sacas\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin otomotiv \u00fcretim \u00fcss\u00fc olmas\u0131n\u0131n tam zaman\u0131!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c\u00d6TV\u2019yi uzun vadede kald\u0131racak senaryo ile 2 milyon adedin \u00fcst\u00fcnde bir i\u00e7 pazar m\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cGer\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz sim\u00fclasyona g\u00f6re kademeli olarak \u00d6TV oranlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmesiyle birlikte bu rakam\u0131 s\u0131f\u0131rlayacak bir senaryo \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Bu 10-15 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00fcretim yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 almak gibi te\u015fviklerin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 \u00fczerine detaylar da devreye girmeli. B\u00f6yle bir ad\u0131m atmak i\u00e7in tam olarak do\u011fru zamanday\u0131z ve bu ge\u00e7i\u015fi do\u011fru y\u00f6netmeliyiz. Bu ad\u0131mlarla birlikte otomobil ve hafif ticari ara\u00e7 pazar\u0131n\u0131n 2034\u2019e kadar 2 milyonun \u00fcst\u00fcnde bir adede ula\u015fma potansiyeli var. Pazar\u0131n geli\u015fimi, T\u00fcrkiye Otomotiv Sekt\u00f6r\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc D\u00fcnya Otomotiv Ekosistemi\u2019ndeki yerini daha \u00fcst s\u0131ralara ta\u015f\u0131yacakt\u0131r. Biz \u00fclke olarak mevcut konjonkt\u00fcrde, yat\u0131r\u0131m ve \u00fcretim anlam\u0131nda en avantajl\u0131 konumday\u0131z. B\u00f6yle bir stratejik hamle ile bir yol haritas\u0131 belirlememiz ve bu yol haritas\u0131na sad\u0131k kalmam\u0131z \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. 2010 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren ortalama i\u00e7 pazar adetleri 800 bin adetlerde ve asl\u0131nda 2 milyonu ge\u00e7ecek, 3 milyon adedi ise zorlayacak bir i\u00e7 pazar potansiyelimiz var. Ortaya koydu\u011fumuz senaryo ile otomotiv yol haritas\u0131 olu\u015fturularak, 2034\u2019e kadar 1000 ki\u015fiye d\u00fc\u015fen otomobil say\u0131s\u0131, 219 adetten Do\u011fu Avrupa ortalamas\u0131 olan 365 adedin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131karken, daha fazla marka\/model \u00fcretimi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacak, otomotiv ihracat\u0131 2 milyon adede ve 30 milyar dolar seviyelerinden 50 milyar dolar\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131karma imkan\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Tedarik sanayinin de ekonomik \u00f6l\u00e7eklere ula\u015fmas\u0131 ve yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rabilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bu geli\u015fmeler yeni yan sanayi firmalar\u0131n\u0131n da \u00fclkemizde yat\u0131r\u0131mlar yapmas\u0131na ve mevcut yan sanayi firmalar\u0131n\u0131n kapasite art\u0131rmas\u0131na f\u0131rsat yaratacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle son d\u00f6nemde \u00c7inli elektrikli ara\u00e7 \u00fcreticilerinin Avrupa pazar\u0131na giri\u015f yapmakla ilgili \u00f6nlerindeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck zorluklar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda g\u00fcmr\u00fck tarifeleri ve lojistik y\u00f6nden uzakl\u0131k konular\u0131 gelmekte. Asl\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye, \u00c7inli otomobil \u00fcreticileri i\u00e7in en uygun \u00fcretim \u00fcss\u00fc olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kabilecek f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 da bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cOtomotivde istihdam toplam\u0131 y\u00fczde 50 artabilir\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ODMD Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali Haydar Bozkurt, \u00d6TV\u2019nin kademeli olarak azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 sayesinde, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn her a\u00e7\u0131dan geli\u015fece\u011fini ifade ederek, \u201cD\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00e7evresinde, pazar\/ihracat\/\u00fcretimin artmas\u0131, payda\u015f sekt\u00f6rlerle beraber katma de\u011feri y\u00fcksek i\u015f imkanlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fimine f\u0131rsat tan\u0131yacakt\u0131r. Otomotiv ve payda\u015f sekt\u00f6rlere ait istihdam toplam\u0131 %50 seviyelerinde artarak 750 bin ki\u015fiye ula\u015fabilecektir. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki ara\u00e7 park\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015f ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmesinde, \u00d6TV\u2019nin azalan bir takvimde indirilmesinin de olumlu etkileri olacakt\u0131r. \u00a0\u0130\u00e7 pazar adetlerini olmas\u0131 gereken seviyelere ta\u015f\u0131yacak uygulamalar ayr\u0131ca ara\u00e7 park\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n gen\u00e7le\u015fmesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan da gerekli. Art\u0131k mobilite dedi\u011fimiz kavram, sadece otonom ve elektrikli ara\u00e7lardan olu\u015fmuyor.\u00a0 Ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 ara\u00e7lar, otonom s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015fe dair haz\u0131rl\u0131klar, ak\u0131ll\u0131 h\u0131z destek sistemleri kapsam\u0131nda g\u00fcvenlikle ilgili \u00f6nemli teknolojik geli\u015fmeler, payla\u015f\u0131m ekonomisi, ak\u0131ll\u0131 cihazlar, elektrifikasyon ve alternatif yak\u0131tl\u0131 ara\u00e7lara y\u00f6nelim her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn art\u0131yor. Sonu\u00e7 olarak mobilite sistemi \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir kavram haline geldi. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n mobilite ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131na hizmet eden, hayat\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran sistemler kazanacak. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde mobilite platformlar\u0131 \u00e7ok fazla konu\u015fulacak ve mobilite platformlar\u0131n\u0131 dernek olarak kendi b\u00fcnyemizde topluyoruz. Art\u0131k mobilite platformlar\u0131 da derne\u011fimize \u00fcye olabilecek. T\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc de\u011fi\u015ftirdik ve ilk etapta OEM firmalar\u0131n kendi olu\u015fturacaklar\u0131 mobilite platformlar\u0131n\u0131 ve \u015firketlerini derne\u011fe \u00fcye olarak katabilece\u011fiz. T\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn de\u011fi\u015fmesiyle beraber derne\u011fimizde isim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi de yapt\u0131k.
