Fabrika, yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 milyar Euro yat\u0131r\u0131mla ve 34 ay s\u00fcren in\u015faat s\u00fcrecinin ard\u0131ndan 1993 y\u0131l\u0131nda faaliyete ge\u00e7ti. O tarihten bu yana SEAT Martorell \u00fcretim tesislerinde, 39 farkl\u0131 model ve versiyondan 10 milyona yak\u0131n otomobil \u00fcretildi.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"LocationanddateCar\">1993 y\u0131l\u0131nda SEAT, \u00fcretim merkezini 1953 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 Barselona\u2019daki Zona Franca fabrikas\u0131ndan, yaln\u0131zca 30 kilometre uzaktaki yeni Martorell tesislerine ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131. Toplamda 2,8 milyon metrekare kapal\u0131 alana sahip olan fabrika g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 95 kapasite kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile g\u00fcnde yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 bin 300 otomobil \u00fcretiyor. \u00dcretim kapasitesi 2009 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana y\u00fczde 50\u2019nin \u00fczerinde artarak 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda 455 bin adede ula\u015fan Martorell, Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n en y\u00fcksek hacimli \u00fcretim tesislerinden biri. 1993 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana SEAT, Martorell \u00fcretim tesislerinde 39 farkl\u0131 model ve versiyondan 10 milyona yak\u0131n otomobil \u00fcretti.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"LocationanddateCar\">Martorell\u2019in faaliyetlerine ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 1993 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fcretim band\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan ilk otomobiller, g\u00fcnde 1.500 adet \u00fcretilen ikinci nesil Ibiza ve Cordoba modelleriydi. Aradan ge\u00e7en 25 y\u0131lda, Toledo\u2019dan yeni Arona\u2019ya, Altea\u2019dan Ibiza ve Leon\u2019un sonraki nesillerine dek, markan\u0131n geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi modellerin neredeyse t\u00fcm\u00fc bu fabrikada \u00fcretildi.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Martorell ayr\u0131ca di\u011fer Volkswagen Grubu markalar\u0131 i\u00e7in de \u00fcretim yap\u0131yor. 1995-2003 aras\u0131nda Polo ve Caddy modellerinin \u00fcretildi\u011fi fabrika, 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise \u0130spanya\u2019da \u00fcretilen ilk premium segment otomobil olan Audi Q3\u2019e ev sahipli\u011fi yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Martorell\u2019de otomobil g\u00f6vdelerinin montaj\u0131nda 2 binden fazla robot kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.
