Buna g\u00f6re ge\u00e7en y\u0131l y\u00fczde 58\u2019lik s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k oran\u0131yla listenin zirvesinde yer alan \u0130stanbul, y\u00fczde 50\u2019ye gerileyerek liderli\u011fi Meksika\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Meksiko\u2019ya b\u0131rakt\u0131. \u0130stanbul\u2019daki bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fte, trafik bilgisi i\u00e7eren navigasyon cihazlar\u0131, toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ve motosiklet kullan\u0131m\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f ile ak\u0131ll\u0131 sinyalizasyon sistemleri etkili oldu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Navigasyon devi TomTom, (TOM2) d\u00fcnyada trafi\u011fi en yo\u011fun \u015fehirleri raporlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 TomTom Trafik Endeksi \u2018nin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Endekse g\u00f6re ge\u00e7en y\u0131l y\u00fczde 58\u2019lik s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k oran\u0131yla d\u00fcnya listesinin zirvesinde yer alan \u0130stanbul, liderli\u011fi Meksika\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Meksiko\u2019ya b\u0131rakarak \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131raya indi. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2019daki s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 50\u2019ye geriledi. Y\u00fczde 59 ile en y\u00fcksek trafik s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na sahip \u015fehir olan Meksiko\u2019yu y\u00fczde 57 ile Bangkok, y\u00fczde 47 ile Rio De Janeiro, y\u00fczde 44 ile Moskova izledi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trafikte fazladan 7.5 g\u00fcn ge\u00e7iriyoruz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul\u2019daki s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler g\u00fcn\u00fcn her hangi bir saatinde trafikte y\u00fczde 50 daha fazla zaman harc\u0131yorlar. Yani \u0130stanbul\u2019da bir s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc her g\u00fcn trafikte fazladan 47 dakika ge\u00e7iriyor. Ak\u015fam yo\u011fun saatlerde y\u00fczde 94\u2019e kadar \u00e7\u0131kan bu oranla, normal bir trafi\u011fe nazaran y\u0131lda toplam 178 saat (7.5 g\u00fcn) daha fazla zaman ge\u00e7iriyorlar. \u0130stanbul\u2019da otoyollarda fazladan ge\u00e7irilen s\u00fcre y\u00fczde 72 olarak belirlendi. Otoyol d\u0131\u015f\u0131 yollarda ise bu oran y\u00fczde 43\u2019e iniyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130stanbul\u2019daki en s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131k g\u00fcn 12 Haziran<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trafik Endeksi, 2015 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n en s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131k g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Buna g\u00f6re okullar\u0131n tatil edildi\u011fi g\u00fcn olan 12 Haziran 2015 Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc trafi\u011fin en yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu g\u00fcnd\u00fc. Ankara\u2019da ise y\u0131l\u0131n en s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131k trafi\u011fe sahip g\u00fcn\u00fc yo\u011fun kar ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131 ya\u015fanan 6 Ocak Sal\u0131 2015 oldu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul\u2019da toplam yol uzunlu\u011fu 18.178 kilometreyi buluyor. Bunun 387 kilometresini otoyollar olu\u015fturuyor. Ara\u00e7lar\u0131n katetti\u011fi mesafe ise 851 milyon 626 bin 442 kilometreye ula\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En \u00e7ok Pazartesi sabah\u0131 ve Cuma ak\u015famlar\u0131 trafik var<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul\u2019da sabah ve ak\u015fam trafik s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 birbirinden tamamen farkl\u0131la\u015f\u0131yor. Sabah trafi\u011fi Pazartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc en y\u00fcksek Cuma ise en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyeye ula\u015f\u0131yor. Ak\u015fam trafi\u011fi ise Pazartesi\u2019den Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fcne kadar s\u00fcrekli art\u0131yor. Listede T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den 9 \u015fehir bulunuyor. \u0130stanbul 3, Ankara 42, \u0130zmir 53, Bursa 65, Mersin 83, Adana 90, Gaziantep 100, Kayseri 114, Konya ise 127\u2019nci s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. Ankara ve \u0130zmir\u2019in s\u0131ralamas\u0131 ge\u00e7en y\u0131la g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fmiyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k neden azald\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>TomTom T\u00fcrkiye \u00dclke M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Enis Y\u00fccesan<\/strong> \u0130stanbul\u2019un trafi\u011findeki de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u015f\u00f6yle yorumlad\u0131: \u201c\u0130stanbul\u2019daki s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n azalmas\u0131n\u0131n birka\u00e7 farkl\u0131 sebebi bulunuyor. Bunlardan biri kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n teknolojiyi ke\u015ffetmesi oldu. Trafik bilgisi i\u00e7eren navigasyon cihazlar\u0131 ve ak\u0131ll\u0131 telefon uygulamalar\u0131yla kullan\u0131c\u0131lar trafi\u011fi daha az olan rotalara y\u00f6neliyor. Bununla birlikte, Marmaray, Metro, Metrob\u00fcs ve deniz ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 gibi toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma alternatifleri ve kullan\u0131m\u0131n artmas\u0131 da trafi\u011fi olumlu etkiliyor. Ayr\u0131ca trafi\u011fe \u00e7\u0131kan motosiklet say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n da artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. 2014\u2019ten 2015 sonuna kadar trafi\u011fe yakla\u015f\u0131k 110 bin yeni motosikletin kayd\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. Ancak k\u0131talar aras\u0131 \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 farklar bulunmas\u0131 da \u00e7ok ilgi \u00e7ekici. Kuzey Amerika\u2019da trafik s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 17 artarken, Avrupa\u2019da bu art\u0131\u015f sadece y\u00fczde 2 oldu. Bu verilerin Kuzey Amerika&#8217;da ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n geri kalan\u0131nda ekonomik krize i\u015faret etti\u011fi kan\u0131s\u0131na var\u0131ld\u0131. Avrupa\u2019daki bu tablo, \u0130talya (-%7) ve \u0130spanya (-%13) gibi G\u00fcney Avrupa \u00fclkelerinde trafik s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n son 8 y\u0131ld\u0131r d\u00fc\u015fmesinden etkileniyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TomTom Trafik Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Ralf-Peter Schaefer<\/strong> konuyla ilgili \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor: \u201cTomTom Trafik Endeksi her y\u0131l s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin, \u015fehirlerin ve ula\u015f\u0131m planlamac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n trafik s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u011filimlerini anlamalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131yor. Biz ger\u00e7ekten herkesin her g\u00fcn trafikte ge\u00e7irdikleri kay\u0131p zaman\u0131 nas\u0131l d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrebileceklerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmelerini ve hepimizin bu konuda bir rol\u00fc oldu\u011funu farketmelerini istiyoruz.
